By submitting a request, booking a consultation, or engaging with Nakshatra Echoes, you agree to the following terms. These boundaries exist to protect the integrity of the work and ensure a clear, respectful container for both client and practitioner.

1. Nature of the Service

Nakshatra Echoes provides private consultations based on Jyotish (Vedic astrology). This is an ancient science of light, timing, and karmic architecture. It is intended for spiritual guidance, self-inquiry, and strategic timing.

Important: Astrological guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on your consultation. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, please seek licensed professional help immediately.

2. Accuracy of Birth Data

The entire foundation of a Vedic reading relies on the mathematical precision of your birth data. It is the client's responsibility to provide the most accurate date, time, and location of birth possible. If an exact time is unknown, please state this clearly on your intake form. Nakshatra Echoes is not responsible for inaccuracies in the reading resulting from incorrect birth data provided by the client.

3. Booking, Payment & Refunds

• Applications: Submitting a request form does not guarantee a booking. All clients are subject to a private discernment process to ensure mutual fit.
• Payment: Full payment is required to secure your session date and initiate the chart preparation process.
• Refunds: Because significant time and energetic preparation go into analyzing your chart before we ever meet, all sales are final once chart preparation has begun (typically 7 days prior to the session). If you cancel prior to the preparation phase, a refund minus a $150 administrative fee will be issued.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions are held in a private, unhurried container. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will forfeit their session fee entirely, as the time and energetic space cannot be recovered.

5. Confidentiality & Recording

Everything discussed in our sessions is held in the strictest confidence. Nakshatra Echoes will never share your chart, identity, or personal stories publicly.

Clients are welcome to record their private sessions via audio or video for personal reference. However, you may not publish, broadcast, or share these recordings publicly, in part or in full, without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate, deeply researched astrological insights, the universe is complex and human free will is absolute. Nakshatra Echoes makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, events, or life changes resulting from the consultation. By engaging our services, you agree to hold Nakshatra Echoes harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our guidance.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
